If a parker encounters an issue or question within the app, they have the ability to review common FAQs or contact Passport support.
1. Within the parking app, navigate to the Account Settings. Click the Support tab, and then FAQs.
2. Once in FAQs, there are multiple articles for general questions, questions around payment, the account settings, etc.
3. Once the parker has viewed the FAQs but still has a question and/or issue to report, the support team can be reached directly under the Contact Us link. Please note that this is not an instant chat, but will send an email to support.
