There may be times when you need to void a parker’s active parking session. Voiding a parking session is simple to do within OpsMan.
1. In OpsMan, navigate to the Customer Support > Support tab.
2. Enter the parker’s information in the filter bar on the left. You only need to add information into one field. Then click submit.
3. Once you locate the correct parker, navigate to the Parking Sessions tab.
4. Parking sessions available to void are listed within the Active Sessions section. Locate the specific transaction that you’d like to void, and click the Void button. You will need to give a reason for voiding to keep as a note within the system.
