How to refund a wallet


If a parker would like his/her wallet refunded, you can do so quickly and easily in OpsMan.



1. Within OpsMan, navigate to the Customer Support > Support tab.

2. Enter the Customer ID in the filter on the left, and click Submit​​​​​​.

3. When the results appear, navigate to the Wallet tab.

4. Then, click the Refund button on the right.

5. Enter a reason, and then click Refund.
