There may be times when you need to refund a parker’s active parking session. Refunding a parking session is simple to do within OpsMan.
1. In OpsMan, navigate to the Customer Support > Support tab.
2. Enter the parker’s information in the filter bar on the left. You only need to add information into one of the fields, such as Customer ID, and then submit.
3. Once you locate the correct parker, navigate to the Parking Sessions tab.
4. Parking sessions available to refund are listed within the History section. Locate the specific transaction that you would like to refund and click the Refund button. You will need to give a reason for refunding to keep as a note within the system.
