As parkers get familiar with using Passport Parking for mobile payments and you continue to market the app, you will start to see a rise in transactions. It can be useful to gather statistics on your user base as it grows, to estimate what percentage of parkers are using the app, and to track which marketing efforts are most effective.
1. In OpsMan, navigate to the Reports > Customer > Unique User Report tab. If you don’t see this report available, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and ask the Client Operations team to enable this.
2. Click on the report, and view the number of unique users. Keep track of these numbers over time, as they will continually add up within the system.
